邵俊傑的演奏充分展現出其對敲擊樂的獨特天份和觸覺，他的傑出表演為他屢次獲獎，２００３年在澳洲敲擊樂藝術節比賽獲得第一名及格蘭伉儷傑出音樂演奏獎；２００５年獲亞洲文化協會頒發友邦慈善基金音樂獎學金；２００７年兩度榮獲克洛．達夫定音鼓獎學金；２００８年以最年輕的參賽者身分參加法國里昂國際定音鼓大賽入圍決賽。

邵氏創立PROJECT.T.T，致力於當代音樂，推廣敲擊樂獨奏及由三藩市交響樂團首席定音鼓手大衛賀伯特設計的高音定音鼓，並提供作曲家音樂實驗的平台。邵氏曾與作曲家卡夫特合作錄製第二定音鼓協奏曲：XIII 重大奇遇的鋼琴伴奏版及與加拿大Afiara String Quartet 合作，世界首演弦樂定音鼓五重奏。其它首演包括亨氏．布萊克、本地作曲家鄧樂妍、楊嘉輝及趙朗天等的作品。

Louis Siu has received numerous awards for his outstanding performances; Winning the first prize at the Australian Percussion Eisteddford and The James Forsyth Grant & Margarey Grant Prize for Excellence in Musical Performance in 2003. In 2005, He was awarded Asian Cultural Council AIA Foundation Music Scholarship; A two times winner for the Cloyd Duff Timpani Scholarship in the 2007 Season; Louis Siu named finalist at the Lyon International Timpani Competition in 2008 as the youngest contestant in the competition.

Dedicated to New Music, Louis Siu founded PROJECT.T.T., the premiere project aims to promote Multi-Percussion and Tenor Timpani designed by San Francisco Symphony’s Principal Timpanist David Herbert, and to create platform for composers to experiment innovative ideas. Louis collaborated with Composer William Kraft in recording of the Piano accompany version of Timpani Concerto No.2, XIII The Grand Encounter; and the Canadian Afiara String Quartet, resulting in two works for Strings and Tenor Timpani Quintet. Louis has premiered works by Heinz Hollinger, Lok-yin Tang, Samson Young and Alain Chiu.
